You do. Everything is built in your accounts — your Microsoft 365 tenant, your cloud, your infrastructure. Nothing we depend on lives in an agency or personal account. Full handoff documentation included.
How do you handle security and access?
Least-privilege access through dedicated accounts with multifactor authentication. You can revoke access at any time. NDAs are standard. For regulated industries we align with HIPAA, SOC 2, and Section 508 where applicable.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery typically kicks off within 1–2 weeks of signature. First production IT deliverable lands within 3–6 weeks depending on scope. We don't do six-month black-box engagements.
What does an IT engagement cost?
Discovery is fixed-price, typically $5K–$12K depending on complexity. Builds range from $10K–$50K+ per phase. Monthly retainers available for ongoing managed IT and support. We'll give you a firm number after discovery.
Do you subcontract?
We maintain a named core team and disclose any subcontractors upfront. For client-facing systems and data, all work is performed by US-based personnel under NDA.
What if the IT project doesn't work?
Every phase produces a working deliverable you can evaluate before proceeding. If discovery shows the project isn't viable, you keep the roadmap and we part ways. No long-term lock-in.
